Human or animal forensic samples
By ordering Human or animal forensic sample collection kit the client will receive two packages of two collectors, two sample collection bags for non-standard samples, instructions for sampling and Ordering Form, General Terms and Regulations document and pre-addressed mailing envelope for returning the samples for processing. By ordering Single parent testing kit the client will receive three packages of two collectors for each person (putative parent and child), instructions for sampling and Ordering Form, General Terms and Regulations document and pre-addressed mailing envelope for returning the samples for processing. Following the instructions, client need to collect cheek cells of all persons to be tested, fill out and sign the Ordering Form and send the samples to the laboratory using the pre-addressed mailing envelope.
