Terms and Conditions:-
Anyone desirous of participating in the Colgate Max Fresh Party Contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) may do so subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, which will be presumed to have been accepted by him/ her.
1. Purchase of any Colgate products is not a condition precedent to participate in the Contest.
2.One can participate in this Contest by submitting the contest form available at http://www.facebook.com/ColgateMaxFreshIndia
A person sending a valid entry in the aforesaid manner shall hereinafter be referred to as “the Participant”.
3. This contest is being conducted from 20th Sep, 2011 to 31st Oct, 2011. All entries submitted in the manner specified in clause 2 above on or before 12:00AM, Indian Standard Time, on 31st Oct 2011, shall be treated as valid entries.
4. Only Indian Nationals, who are resident in India, can participate in the Contest.
5. Out of the valid entries received during the contest period from the Participants, the jury appointed by Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Colgate”) would select a predefined number of participants.
6. The Participants may submit one or more valid entries; however he/ she shall be entitled to get only one opportunity to meet Shahid Kapoor or Genelia D'souza even if more than one of their entries are selected by the jury.
7. The entries submitted by the Participants shall become the property of Colgate and Colgate shall have the right to use the entries of winning participants in any manner whatsoever, without paying any further compensation and/or consideration to the respective Participant.
8. The email ids provided by the consumer on the site will also be maintained by Colgate and will be used by Colgate for communicating the promotional messages.
9. Persons participating in this contest authorize Colgate to send voice messages and SMS alerts/email messages including promotional messages to their telephone number or email id, through which they have participated in this Contest.
10. The winning Participants i.e. the Participants whose entry have been selected by the jury, shall be contacted on the mobile number and/ or email addresses provided in their respective entry forms or which has been used for participating in the Contest for getting further details. In case the winning participant does not respond within the prescribed time limit then their opportunity to meet anyone of the aforesaid stars shall stand forfeited.
11. The venue and time of the event to meet the aforesaid stars shall be decided as per the convenience and availability of the respective Stars. If any winning Participant fails to attend the meeting at the decided venue, date and time then his/her opportunity to meet any of the aforesaid star shall stand forfeited.
12. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of the Colgate to facilitate meeting with Shahid Kapoor or Genelia D'souza. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Colgate to conduct further, similar or other offers in future.
13. Colgate would not be liable or held responsible for any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, Telecom and E-mails service provider. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
14. Employees of the Company, its affiliates, its holding company; Quasar and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
15. The holding of the contest is subject to force majeure conditions.
16. Colgate reserves its right to change, discontinue, extend the contest and/or the terms and conditions thereof without requiring to give any prior notice to the Participants.
17. Colgate will not be liable to reimburse for any travel and accommodation cost incurred by the winner to visit the event venue.
18. Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only.
